Your role
We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner / Product Manager to
work alongside the AI Enablement Lead across two AI product lines. You will
operate in two complementary modes. On the AI Core Team, you act as Product
Owner - translating strategy and vision into clear, story-level requirements
across our core AI surfaces. On the Daylight AI Assistant, you act as Product
Manager - defining features together with the Director and owning the
day-to-day ceremonies with the Daylight team. The Lead retains ownership of
strategy and vision; you carry the definition and execution. This is a
high-ownership role at the center of the company's AI platform.

What are we looking for
• Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Product
Manager in a technical/platform product context.
• Comfortable operating in both modes - writing story-level requirements and
running day-to-day delivery ceremonies.
• Strong track record translating high-level strategy and vision into clear,
prioritized, delivery-ready work.
• Fluency with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management across parallel
workstreams.
• Ability to work with technical concepts - APIs, platforms, integrations, and
orchestration.
• Excellent written communication; able to write precise, unambiguous stories
and acceptance criteria.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management; able to balance two product
lines without dropping either.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, agent frameworks, AI assistants, or developer-facing / internal-platform products. • Familiarity with cost/billing/metering products or usage-based pricing models. • Experience supporting multiple product lines or internal teams as a shared function.
