Senior Product Owner with AI

You will be:

  • Owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-powered HR and workforce management solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, AI specialists, and UX designers to deliver high-value product features.
  • Defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, AI agents, and automation to improve HR and administrative processes.
  • Driving the discovery and delivery of AI-powered product capabilities that create measurable business value.
  • Translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric product initiatives.
  • Validating product hypotheses, defining success metrics, and continuously optimizing product outcomes.
  • Supporting the development of conversational AI solutions integrated with existing enterprise systems through APIs.
  • Ensuring AI solutions meet security, compliance, auditability, and human oversight requirements.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role within SaaS products.
  • Experience identifying and delivering AI-powered product capabilities, including automation, predictive analytics, intelligent recommendations, or Generative AI features.
  • Practical understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI agents, and their application in modern SaaS products.
  • Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, workforce management processes, and customer experience.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and professional English.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on AI-enabled SaaS products leveraging conversational AI, LLMs, workflow automation, or intelligent decision support.
  • Background in HR Tech, Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, or Employee Experience solutions.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security requirements in AI-enabled products.
  • Experience defining KPIs and measuring the business impact of AI-driven features.
  • Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work.
  • Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
