Senior Product Owner
Role overview:
Innovitics is hiring a senior product owner to lead the strategy, planning, and successful delivery of digital products across web and mobile platforms. The role requires a strategic product thinker who can translate business needs into clear product roadmaps, manage stakeholders effectively, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that create measurable business value.
Key responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and release plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and user research.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization and clear user stories.
- Define MVP scope and continuously refine product requirements based on business priorities.
- Lead agile product delivery activities and collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and scrum teams.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, product scope, timelines, and delivery priorities.
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and executive-level reporting sessions.
- Track product performance using analytics and KPIs to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases and user experience quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, BIS, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or senior business analyst within a software development environment.
- Strong experience delivering successful web and mobile products from concept to launch.
- Previous experience in software houses, digital agencies, or consultancy environments is highly preferred.
- Experience across domains such as fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product management tools.
- Good understanding of APIs, cloud basics, web/mobile technologies, and QA practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
