Senior Production Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for existing applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
• Develop automated scripts using C# to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Analyze system logs, debug code, and perform root cause analysis to resolve application failures.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in Production Support role with expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server, Web API, AWS Lambda.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles including design patterns, coding standards, testing methodologies.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems with high availability requirements.
