Senior Program Manager
Description
Salary: ₱800 – ₱1,200 per hour
About the role
The Senior Program Manager will lead the establishment and continuous improvement of information systems that support the organization's Development Impact Framework.
Key responsibilities
Deliver training programs on the development impact framework and train stakeholders on methodologies, data collection systems, evidence utilization, and adaptive management practices
Provide advisory and technical support to project teams during project design, implementation, and self-evaluation
Coordinate support for country and private sector diagnostic studies to inform strategic planning and development initiatives
Drive analytical research activities that strengthen evidence-based decision-making
Support monitoring and tracking of development impact initiatives
Conduct impact evaluations and rapid evaluations to support learning and adaptive management
Develop briefing materials and knowledge products based on evaluation findings
Provide recommendations to improve project quality during both design and implementation phases
Plan and coordinate approvals, clearances, and requirements for establishing an Evidence Portal
Work closely with management, operational departments, project teams, and internal and external stakeholders
About you
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 7 years of relevant program management experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong analytical skills
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
