Corlytics, a global leader in regulatory intelligence and compliance solutions, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our team of experienced delivery professionals and help drive business growth for Corlytics globally. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will own a portfolio of concurrent client engagements, working across multiple projects, workstreams and functions to deliver the full lifecycle implementation of the Corlytics platform, from initial scoping through to go-live. You will manage the interdependencies between projects, provide strategic programme leadership across a complex stakeholder environment, and ensure benefits are realised against each client’s regulatory and business objectives.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to Corlytics stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support to help deliver successful client and business outcomes. The role requires the ability to work autonomously, build effective relationships across teams, and adapt to a dynamic environment, including domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities
Programme Leadership & Delivery- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex client programmes, ensuring successful implementation while proactively driving business value, client outcomes, platform adoption, stakeholder alignment, and a high-quality client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Independently manage large-scale, multi-project programmes coordinating cross-functional teams and workstreams, and managing interdependencies, risks and resources at programme level
- Develop and maintain integrated programme plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation
- Define programme goals, deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment to both client and Corlytics objectives
- Ensure activities across the programme are structured and delivered on time, within budget and meet the client’s needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, sponsors and internal teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for all programme-related matters
- Communicate programme progress, risks and issues to senior management and client executives
- Facilitate steering committees and governance forums, delivering executive-level reporting
- Engage with clients to understand their operating model and accurately communicate their business needs to internal stakeholders
- Identify programme risks, issues and dependencies, developing proactive mitigation strategies
- Monitor risk factors and take corrective action to keep delivery on track
- Own programme budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently across projects and workstreams
- Monitor and control programme expenditure, protecting delivery margin
- Ensure delivery complies with client governance frameworks, regulatory obligations and programme controls
- Work with clients to facilitate their adoption of Corlytics to optimise their operating model
- Develop and implement strategies that maximise the synergies across projects and workstreams
- Manage and develop long-term business relationships with Corlytics clients
- Participate in on-site client workshops
- Conduct programme retrospectives and post-implementation reviews, driving continuous process improvement
- Assist in developing best practice and tools for programme execution, staying current with the latest programme and project management methodologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project and programme management ideally gained vendor-side (with a software or SaaS provider), with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex Tier 1 SaaS implementations for large, enterprise-scale clients.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge and domain experience, ideally gained in banking, financial services or fintech
- Proven experience ensuring delivery complies with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and programme controls
- Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies - PMP or PgMP certification is a required
- Demonstrable experience of programme-level risk, budget and resource management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Technology, or related field is an advantage
