Senior Programmer / Programmer (Full Stack, Java, ReactJS)
Role Overview
As a Senior Programmer (or Programmer) you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and extending our core financial applications and trading platforms. The position blends deep technical expertise with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical financial and trading applications using modern full‑stack technologies.
Write clean, testable code and conduct thorough unit testing to ensure high code quality and reduce defects.
Provide technical support for production systems, including rapid troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of ad‑hoc production issues.
Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to existing codebases, performance, and security posture.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
0–3 years of professional programming experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Java, especially Spring Boot is an advantage.
Proficiency in frontend frameworks, especially ReactJS is an advantage.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL is an advantage.
Knowledge of micro‑services architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is an advantage.
Familiarity with event‑driven programming or message‑queue systems (e.g. RabbitMQ) is an advantage.
