Building codes and agency requirements (OSHPD, DSA, etc.)

Building Engineering Systems and coordination with consultants

Working with contractors/trades in collaborative delivery

Development and QA/QC of contract documentation (drawings and specifications

Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
-
Minimum of 12 years’ experience within the design and construction industry
-
Prior Higher Education, Science & Technology and institutional project experience strongly preferred
-
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Architecture required
-
Proficiency in Revit/BIM production required
-
Professional license within the State of California strongly preferred
-
LEED certification preferred
