Senior Project Coordinator

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Project Coordinator for Guam to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. This role is onsite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments.

• Authorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment.

• Manage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives.

• Manges the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater.

• Translate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals.

• Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.

• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

• Experience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or CAPM certification.

• DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).

• Experience with USSOCOM logistics and mission execution frameworks.

Clearance Requirement:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
