Senior Project Manager 2464

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, user adoption, and production release. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, data engineers, architects, BI developers, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, business-driven analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Platform projects.
• Lead project activities from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, user adoption, and production deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical domains to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, architects, BI developers, and product teams to align project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, scope, and overall delivery milestones.
• Facilitate discussions and drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Apply Agile/Scrum project management practices to support effective planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and expected outcomes.
• Drive user adoption and business value realization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment while maintaining strong ownership of project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Platform projects.
• Strong project management, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across both business and technical domains.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business and data topics and translate them into structured plans and deliverables.
• Good understanding of BI, reporting, data warehousing, and analytics concepts.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Ability to drive alignment and effective decision-making among stakeholders with competing priorities.
