The Project

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale business transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of a complex enterprise business solution, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations.



Working closely with business leaders, technical specialists, and external partners, you will drive project outcomes from initial discovery and planning through to deployment, transition, and post implementation support.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, governance, execution, deployment, and transition to operational support.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, steering committee meetings, and project status reporting.
• Coordinate cross functional teams comprising business subject matter experts, technical specialists, development resources, testing teams, data migration specialists, and third party vendors.
• Ensure business requirements are validated and translated into effective solution outcomes.
• Oversee implementation readiness activities, including design approvals, testing, training, organisational change activities, deployment planning, and transition management.
• Monitor project performance and quality standards, proactively managing risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure project governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and organisational delivery standards are consistently applied.
• Drive successful delivery of scalable and sustainable business outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.

Skills & Experience Required



Essential

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex enterprise technology or business transformation projects.
• Strong project planning and delivery expertise across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, dependencies, and project governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and external vendors.
• Strong risk, issue, and quality management capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate decision making, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in complex environments.

Desirable

• Experience delivering enterprise business applications, workflow platforms, or organisational transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of business process improvement, data migration, systems integration, testing, and change management practices.
• Familiarity with structured project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations or regulated environments.
