Senior Project Manager, Facilities
We are seeking a highly organized and safety-focused Senior Project Manager, Facilities to join our Real Estate Facilities Group.
In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects across a diverse portfolio while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. You will play a key role in driving project success, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

- Lead end-to-end project management of capital improvements, renovations, and strategic initiatives
- Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, procurement plans, and quality control processes
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while identifying and mitigating risks
- Support day-to-day facility operations to ensure safety, compliance, and functionality
- Assist in developing and executing short- and long-term facilities plans, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Champion a strong safety culture across all projects and operations
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, environmental standards, and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation including budgets, schedules, safety reports, and progress updates
- Support the management and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
- Contribute to preventative and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate required repairs
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies
- Participate in procurement processes, including bids and proposals, and manage contractor performance to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Promote a high standard of customer service across all facilities activities
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in facilities, construction, or real estate project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
- Experience with CMMS or work order management systems
- Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
