Senior Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates resources, manages risks, and ensures alignment with business objectives while maintaining quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Work on a variety of enterprise applications and challenges
Provide business/system analysis for client facing projects: interact with customers and technical stakeholders to translate complex customer requirements into recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services
Work with a team of technical consultants and provide a point of escalation for customer inquiries
Work closely with the Development team to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets
Understand and clearly articulate customer needs and help shape Cloud Professional Services long-term product strategy
Own and drive projects from the planning stage through execution to meet desired outcomes and deadlines
Manage and plan deployment activities, custom developments, and workshops as required, within constraints such as time and cost, and follow best practices
Schedule and lead deployment PKOs, DSWs, DPWs, and manage communication with the client's project lead
Select and assign the tools, resources, staff and processes to support deployment and deployment planning and transformation projects
Project manage custom development projects by communicating updates with customers and managing the development team to hit deadlines and maintain high quality
About you
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
Over 5 years of experience in project management role
Ability to leverage agentic tools to facilitate and optimize project management procedures
Strong understanding of AI efficiency improvement methodologies
Ability to communicate and build relationships in a non-face-to-face environment
Experience with Cloud Solutions Google Apps, MSFT Products or Lotus Notes Sales preferable
Professional certification such as PMP, CSM/PSM, or PMI-ACP is highly preferred.
