Senior Project Manager
Summary
Senior Project Manager (remote, based in Warsaw) at Inetum leading end-to-end projects in the telecommunications sector: managing scope, schedule, risks and dependencies while coordinating technical teams, business units and external partners. Requires ~5 years of PM experience in telecom and strong English.
Main responsibilities:
• Independently leading end-to-end projects/initiatives,
• Managing scope, schedule, priorities, risks, and dependencies,
• Coordinating collaboration among technical teams, business units, and external partners,
• Monitoring progress and milestone achievement,
• identifying risks and proactively resolving issues,
• leading project meetings and reporting status to stakeholders,
• managing several topics/workstreams simultaneously
5 years of experience as a Project, Program, or Product Manager in the telecommunications industry,
• Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication with stakeholders,
• Knowledge of German is a plus,
• Experience in independently leading complex projects,
• Practical experience in managing scope, deadlines, and risks
• Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
