About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and structured Senior Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead complex IT infrastructure deployment projects in Indonesia, covering enterprise servers, Cisco networking systems, and large-scale laptop deployments. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring deployments are delivered on schedule, within budget, and up to international technical standards, while working closely with local vendors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT infrastructure projects across Indonesia using standard PMI methodologies.
Oversee end-to-end rollouts of physical and virtual enterprise servers, Cisco network switch/router configurations, and high-volume end-user laptop deployments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for local business units, external clients, and hardware vendors, and manage local system integrators (SIs) and logistics partners.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, network dependencies, and supply chain delays related to hardware delivery.
Manage project budgets, resource allocations, procurement approvals, and financial forecasting.
Provide regular project status updates, KPIs, and governance dashboards to regional leadership and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
5 to 8 years of dedicated IT project management experience, specifically in infrastructure migrations, rollouts, or data center deployments.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strictly required.
Solid understanding of server architecture (e.g., rack servers, blade systems, virtualization).
Hands-on or deep conceptual understanding of Cisco network devices (routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN topologies).
Proven track record of managing large-scale device fleet deployments (imaging, asset tracking, and distribution of thousands of laptops).
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, for negotiating with local vendors and reporting to regional management.
Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, vendor management, and structural problem-solving abilities.
