Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise technology-transformation programmes across Microsoft 365, cloud migration and business-application modernisation initiatives. This role requires a strong programme-management mindset, excellent stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving multiple workstreams while providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of Microsoft 365 migration and cloud-transformation programmes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment of timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, steering-committee updates and decision papers for management review.
• Communicate project progress, key risks and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 migration, cloud-transformation or enterprise-technology projects.
• Strong programme and project management experience, including budget, risk, dependency and vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Demonstrated experience preparing management reports, executive presentations and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
