Senior Project Manager – Salesforce & Data Analytics Integration

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of the delivery of a complex, international project involving Salesforce and Data & Analytics integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and execution through testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain the project plan.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate business, IT, Data & Analytics, local market teams, and external partners.
• Establish project governance and lead Steering Committee meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly.
• Work with senior management and guide stakeholders towards decisions.
• Manage scope changes and conflicting priorities.
• Drive follow-up and maintain delivery pressure while building effective relationships with project teams and the client.

Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading large, complex international projects involving multiple countries, teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in CRM, Salesforce, system integration, and Data & Analytics projects.
• Strong project planning, dependency management, and risk and issue management skills.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
• Experience establishing project governance and leading Steering Committee meetings.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Fluent English.
• Strong ownership, independence, and accountability for end-to-end delivery.
