Senior Project Manager (Shopify Agency)

We are Maison Commerce - an international Shopify agency working with fast-growing DTC brands from Europe and the US. We specialize in Shopify landing pages, product pages, CRO-focused development, theme customization, and ongoing growth support.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can independently lead multiple client projects and become a key part of our delivery team.

What is important for us
2–4+ years of Project Management experience in a Shopify agency
Strong understanding of Shopify, themes, apps, product templates, and CRO workflows
Experience managing design, development, and QA teams
Ability to communicate confidently with clients in English (B2+ or higher)
Experience working with multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive ownership and problem-solving mindset

Your responsibilities
Manage Shopify projects from kickoff to launch
Coordinate designers, developers, and QA engineers
Track timelines, budgets, and project priorities
Communicate progress and updates to clients
Prepare tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality before launch
Identify blockers early and drive projects forward

Understanding of Shopify metafields, subscriptions, bundles, and localization
Experience with retainer / ongoing support clients
Practical experience using ChatGPT and Claude to improve project management efficiency

Salary
$2,000 – $3,000/month, depending on experience and fit.
