As a Senior Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of delivering cloud and AI transformation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful execution across scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

You will be part of the Services organization in Vietnam, working closely with Sales, Presales, and technical delivery teams to execute projects across cloud, data, and AI domains for customers in Vietnam and across APAC.

This role is responsible for managing professional services engagements using the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmONE). You will lead project planning, execution, and governance while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of cloud and AI transformation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Build and manage project plans, delivery schedules, and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, stakeholders) to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving clear communication through status updates and governance forums
• Monitor financial performance, including effort tracking, burn rate, and cost variances
• Support presales activities by providing delivery input on timelines, risks, and resource planning
