About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation project. The primary objective is to rapidly deploy a new Concur environment by leveraging an existing configuration, minimizing redesign while ensuring compliance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.
The successful candidate will oversee the decoupling of the Concur solution from client systems, manage integrations with enterprise applications, and lead a multi-country rollout across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) implementation project.
Oversee the cloning of an existing Concur configuration to enable rapid deployment with minimal redesign, ensuring consistency and speed.
Manage the decoupling of the Concur environment from client systems and configure the platform to align with the Robotics organization's structure, travel policies, and expense management requirements.
Coordinate integrations with external systems, including SAP S/4HANA and other financial applications, to ensure accurate and seamless data flow for expense reporting and reconciliation.
Plan and execute a multi-country rollout, balancing local business requirements with global standards, compliance, and governance.
Establish project governance, manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Identify and mitigate project risks related to system decoupling, integrations, and deployment activities.
Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, business stakeholders, end users, and external implementation partners.
Drive change management, communication, user training, and adoption activities across multiple regions.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver a high-quality, user-friendly expense management solution that supports business efficiency and operational excellence.
Required Experience & Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in Project Management, including successful delivery of enterprise system implementation projects.
Proven experience managing SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) implementation or transformation projects.
Experience leading global or multi-country technology deployments.
Strong knowledge of system integration projects, particularly with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP/financial systems.
Demonstrated experience managing project governance, budgets, timelines, and risk management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
Strong understanding of finance processes, expense management, and corporate controls.
Familiarity with change management and end-user training practices.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Concur implementation experience.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
Experience working in international, matrix organizations.
Knowledge of Travel & Expense processes and financial compliance requirements.
