Senior Project Manager with CRM - Salesforce (f/m/x)

- Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience in Agile environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working with CRM systems particularly Salesforce, and related business processes
- Ability to work independently and lead teams with limited supervision
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for project outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and willingness to challenge assumptions
- Reliability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and can-do attitude
- Advanced level of English
Nice-to-have requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Change Management
- Experience supporting marketing-related projects, including global rollouts and after-sales service support
- Previous experience in a large multinational matrix organization
