Currently, we are expanding our Advanced Service Management Team dedicated to implementing innovative healthcare solutions for the IT division of one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies. So far, we have created a team of 40 SMs/PMs and we envision recruiting many more this year.

As a Project / Service Manager, you will work in Agile environment and take care of software Delivery and Operations according to ITIL.

7+ years of experience in business and IT services/projects
BC/MA degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field
Experience with SCRUM or other Agile/Lean methods/tools
Familiarity with ITIL processes and PMI/Agile methodologies
Fluency in English (at least C1)
Strong experience in leading full-cycle IT operations
Experience in leading virtual/dispersed and multinational teams
Experience in large software product organizations and in delivering software releases to a global market
Excellent communication skills necessary to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
Knowledge of Service Management tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
Knowledge of Google Suite, Trello and Tableau/BO

Nice to have:

Experience in SAP
Agile / Lean / ITIL / PMP / SCRUM Certificate
