Senior Psychologist & Account Manager

The
Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving the following
outcomes:
- Strong, trusted relationships
with key client stakeholders.
- Sustainable revenue growth
within an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- High levels of client
satisfaction, retention, and account health.
- Successful delivery of
professional services and consulting engagements.
- Clear strategic account plans
that align client needs with Lumenii solutions.
- Consistent identification and
conversion of renewal, upgrade, and consulting opportunities.
- Effective coordination of
delivery projects and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through licence
renewals, upgrades, consulting engagements, and cross-selling of Lumenii
solutions. Contribute to proposals, scoping, and pricing while working
closely with the Commercial Director to achieve revenue targets.
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as
the primary relationship owner and trusted adviser. Develop deep insight
into client goals and challenges and translate these into clear plans,
solutions, and scopes of work that create long-term value. Proactively manage
client satisfaction, retention, and risk.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through licence
renewals, upgrades, consulting engagements, and cross-selling of Lumenii
solutions. Contribute to proposals, scoping, and pricing while working
closely with the Commercial Director to achieve revenue targets.
Deliver professional services aligned to the role level,
including:
- Client
onboarding and accreditation training
- Job
profiling and competency mapping
- Psychometric
assessment feedback
- Facilitation
and learning interventions
- Organisational
development support
- Interpretation
of assessment data and talent insights
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in a commercial and delivery role within the IOP industry
- An Honours degree in HR, Psychology, or Industrial/Organisational Psychology is preferred. A Master's is advantageous.
- Proven
experience in account management, consulting, sales, or another
client-facing role where building strong relationships and delivering value
were key
- Relevant experience in HR,
Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Talent Management, or Organisational
Development
- Exposure
to psychometric assessments, competency frameworks, and/or talent analytics
- Current HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist
- Strong
stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
across different levels of an organisation
- Able
to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commercially
minded, with strong problem-solving ability and a practical approach to client
needs
- Excellent communication, planning,
facilitation, and presentation skills
