Senior Python Developer - AI & Machine Learning

We are hiring a Senior Python Developer - AI & Machine Learning to create dependable backend services and help embed AI capabilities into our products. You will work with a highly collaborative team, review code, shape architecture, and support delivery planning while exploring practical ML approaches—apply today.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy resilient, scalable software solutions aligned with business needs and technical requirements
• Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver integrated, top-quality software packages
• Participate in engineering forums that steer architecture choices and project technical direction
• Evaluate teammates’ code and share constructive recommendations to maintain high quality bars
• Investigate and resolve intricate issues across all phases of the development lifecycle
• Coach less-experienced engineers and help strengthen their technical skills
• Assist in scheduling and estimation meetings by providing time estimates, scope clarity, and delivery constraints
• Stay current with new technology developments and integrate useful practices into team routines
• Write and maintain architecture documentation and process notes to support maintainable codebases
• Coordinate with project sponsors to refine functional requirements and ensure solutions meet mandates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of applicable professional experience
• Advanced Python expertise focused on developing durable backend components and web services
• Experience using React to build responsive and interactive web views
• Applied understanding of machine learning patterns and implementations to improve coding efficiency and system design
• Strong knowledge of data repositories to store, manage, and access information securely
• Working mastery of Git for source control and collaborative development practices
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to direct and inspire project contributors
• Solid grasp of structured software development processes to enable consistent, effective project execution
• English fluency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above in speaking and writing
