Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Python and Django
• Implement UI components leveraging CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, or comparable technologies as required
• Connect internal and external systems via REST, SOAP, and WSDL-based services
• Craft and refine SQL queries, database structures, and data access logic to support application functionality
• Engage with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Carry out precise data mappings and transformations aligned with business and technical needs
• Perform code reviews, comply with established coding standards, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Assist in implementing and maintaining DevOps pipelines through Git and Azure DevOps
• Integrate GenAI capabilities, including GPT models, embeddings, and agent-based components, into enterprise systems
• Analyze and resolve issues across the application stack with support from the team
• Work with fellow developers to advance engineering best practices and coding standards

Requirements

• Strong 3+ years of practical experience with Python and Django, including enterprise-grade application delivery
• Solid 2+ years of experience in SQL development, optimization, and database design
• Hands-on 1-2 years of experience deploying Generative AI technologies such as GPT models, embeddings, and agent-based solutions
• Professional 1-2 years of experience working with Angular
• Practical 1-2 years of experience in LLM prompt engineering
• Good understanding of application architecture, system integration, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles
• Background in DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, WSDL, and large-scale service integrations
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
