Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with a strong track record of building and scaling production systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Python and API development, is comfortable owning architecture decisions, and can mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Lead customization, integration, and performance optimization of Odoo ERP modules.
• Own technical decisions across projects, from design through deployment.
• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
• Stay current with developments in Python, FastAPI, Odoo, and AI integration practices.

Must Have

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI for building APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of relational databasesand database design.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling backend systems.
• Strong proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo ERP development, customization, or implementation.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or LLM-based features into applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployment.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a small engineering team.
