Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable backend systems and services
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce reliable software solutions
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality
- Improve application performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Connect external APIs and services based on project requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented features
- Apply best practices across the full software development lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes and shared technical knowledge
Requirements
- Proven software development background with 3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Python proficiency for building, maintaining, and improving applications
- Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and performance tuning
- Hands-on involvement with AI or Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects
- Practical experience using Git for version control and team collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Working familiarity with Python web servers and deployment workflows
- Solid understanding of security best practices in software engineering
- Experience delivering user authentication and authorization systems
- Good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent English communication skills at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
