Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable backend systems and services
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot application issues
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
- Create and maintain technical documentation for delivered features
- Ensure best practices are applied throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development or more
- High proficiency in Python for application development and maintenance
- Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and optimization
- Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Understanding of Python web servers and deployment practices
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices in software development
- Experience with user authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ level or higher
