Responsibilities

Design scalable backend systems and services
Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality software solutions
Review code and provide constructive, actionable feedback
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
Integrate third-party APIs and services when needed
Write and keep technical documentation up to date for delivered features
Ensure software development best practices are followed across the project lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and shared team knowledge

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development
Proven proficiency in Python to create and maintain applications
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions
Strong database knowledge, including design, implementation, and optimization
Practical familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration
Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
Understanding of Python web servers and how to deploy them
Knowledge of security principles and software development best practices
Experience with user authentication and authorization mechanisms
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ level or higher
