Senior Python Developer

We are modernizing business-critical applications and need a Senior Python Developer to lead Django-based development and incorporate GenAI into core workflows. You will handle REST/SOAP/WSDL integrations, SQL design, and Azure DevOps CI/CD while working with Business Analysts and peers—apply now

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Python and Django applications
• Create UI elements using CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, or comparable technologies as required
• Deliver integrations with internal and external systems through REST, SOAP, and WSDL-based services
• Design and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and data access logic that power application functionality
• Align with Business Analysts and stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Execute accurate data mappings and transformations aligned with business and technical needs
• Participate in code reviews, follow established coding standards, and uphold high-quality deliverables
• Help implement and maintain DevOps pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
• Enable GenAI features by integrating GPT models, embeddings, and agent-based components into enterprise systems
• Debug and resolve issues across the application stack with close team collaboration
• Collaborate with fellow developers to improve engineering best practices and coding standards

Requirements

• Extensive 3+ years of practical experience with Python and Django, delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Hands-on 2+ years of SQL development, performance optimization, and database design
• Practical 1-2 years of experience deploying Generative AI technologies, including GPT models, embeddings, and agent-based solutions
• Hands-on 1-2 years of experience working with Angular
• Applied 1-2 years of experience in LLM prompt engineering
• Strong grasp of application architecture, system integration, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles
• Experience with DevOps tools and processes such as Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
• Proven proficiency in REST, SOAP, WSDL, and large-scale service integrations
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
