Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Python. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, frontend technologies, database management, API development, and system architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, building high-performance applications, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of reliable and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python.
• Build robust backend services using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Develop microservices-based applications and implement scalable system architectures.
• Optimize application performance, security, and database queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
• Manage application deployment using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development, from requirement analysis to production deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Expertise in REST API development and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts, and software design patterns.
• Experience in application security, performance optimization, and system scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise-level product development.
• Experience designing high-availability and large-scale applications.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, Celery, Redis, and message queues.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest and unit testing.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration and workflow automation.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing technical delivery.
