Senior QA Engineer

About the role

Ensure customer-configured SaaS features, workflows, data and integrations meet requirements before delivery using manual, exploratory and automated testing. At LEXTECH | OSD GROUP, you will work with colleagues across functions to help deliver measurable, high-quality outcomes. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and enjoys solving practical business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Validate customer requirements, SaaS configurations, workflows, data and edge cases.

• Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into traceable test cases.

• Perform manual and exploratory testing and maintain clear test evidence.

• Develop and maintain automated regression tests as configurations and features change.

• Test web applications, REST APIs, SQL data and integration flows.

• Log reproducible defects, track fixes and perform retesting.

• Assess release quality and communicate Go/No-Go recommendations and risks.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers, Project Managers and Product teams.

• Validate environments, integrations and customer delivery readiness.

Qualification

• At least 5 years of QA or software testing experience, including manual and automation testing.

• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.

• Ability to design tests from requirements and specifications.

• Experience with web applications, REST APIs and basic SQL validation.

• Familiarity with defect/test management tools such as Jira.

• Clear technical communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Available to work in Bangkok on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
