Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance/Test Engineer to ensure software applications and system components meet functional, performance and quality requirements. You will plan and execute testing, identify defects and work with technical teams to improve system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases and testing strategies based on project requirements.
• Execute functional, regression and non-functional testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using suitable tools and frameworks.
• Identify, document, track and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and system integrators to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support test reporting, release validation and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure adequate testing coverage.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Experience in test planning, execution, defect management and regression testing.
• Familiarity with test automation tools, frameworks and scripting.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience testing regulated, safety-critical or mission-critical systems is an advantage.
