Senior QA Manager

Job Responsibilities:


1. Mainly Responsible Tasks:
- Monitor all quality control activities of the factories specifically on the
implementation and evaluation of all quality control and assurance systems and
procedures, manpower requirements planning/inventory and upgrading of working
procedures based on buyers demands and specification.
- Monitor and analyze monthly quality statistic performance for QC. dept. (e.g SQR,
adicomp returns, Warehouse claims, Technical Audit, MQR, RFT and Pass Rate)
- Generates CAP upon buyers request and for any internal references pertaining to
quality improvements.
- Monitors monthly budget allocation.
- Standardize all QC/QA Process for all factories including forms
- Serves as one of the windows between the factories and the Buyers regarding quality
issues and concerns
- Reviews and approves all material quality and products issues
- Follows-up Final Inspection
2. Team Management:
- Manages and directs the activities of the Quality Department and Section assignment.
- Develops existing competency level of subordinates to respond to changing
organizational needs and initiate skills or performance enhancement program of
employees
- Coaches, supervises, reviews and monitors the performance of subordinates and
make recommendations on personnel movements, promotions and transfers
- Maintains the highest level of integrity and corporate ethical standards in its business
dealings with people and organizations to ensure business control
3. Quality Technical Audit:

- Coordinates technical internal and external audits. Ensures that all documentation
meets audit requirements
- Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure quality are met and no
warehouse claim
4. Cost Expense Control:
- Develop and manage the departments budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and
efficient use of resources
- Monitor expenses and optimize costs to achieve financial targets
- Manage department staffing including workload distribution, hiring, development and
conversely
5. Quality Improvement Planning:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to
enhance quality
- Collaborate with related management to develop long-term goals for quality

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in garment/textile quality management systems
3. Strong leadership, team management and Problem-Solving skills
4. Knowledge of production, quality and improvement process
5. Proficient in using manufacturing software and MS Office Suite
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
