Senior Quality and Safety RN
As a patient safety professional, this position will exercise responsibility and accountability for coordinating, collecting, disseminating, and intervening in a manner that anticipates & prevents safety concerns through proactive risk assessment, as well as responding after the fact to evaluate actual safety events within the Puget Sound Physician Clinical Network. This role will lead patient safety investigations within a multidisciplinary team to determine process improvements that will improve patient safety and eliminate preventable patient harm.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Or
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 3 years Direct patient care experience as RN,
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year experience in ambulatory care
- 5 years Related experience in safety and regulatory compliance, with 2 years experience in a healthcare setting.
- Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Or
- Upon hire: Certification in Infection Prevention
