Job Description

• Plan, develop, and execute functional tests (manual and automated) for Web, Mobile, and payment devices (POS/SmartPOS/PinPad)
• Ensure the quality of deliverables by identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs until resolution
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts, contributing to the evolution of automated suites
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios
• Act in the validation of integrations, especially in payment flows and communication with external services
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements in the quality process
• Support the definition of test strategies and best practices within the team

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of software testing fundamentals
• Experience with manual and automated functional testing
• Experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Postman, or Flutter Integration Test
• Knowledge of code versioning with Git
• Experience with Jira or similar demand management tools
• Experience with test management tools (Zephyr, TestRail, Test Plan, or similar)
• Ability to write automation scripts and create/maintain test suites
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with different areas
• Experience with testing on non-conventional devices (POS, SmartPOS, and PinPad)
• Knowledge of API and integration testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Testing certification, such as CTFL or equivalent
• Experience with performance testing
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
• Experience with executing tests in Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with testing Mobile (Android/iOS) applications (Flutter, Appium, or equivalents)
