Job Description
A data professional with an analytical profile and business acumen, capable of transforming CRM data into actionable insights and applying analytics and artificial intelligence techniques to optimize acquisition, retention, and customer relationship strategies.
A proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership, capable of acting strategically and executionally in the evolution of data-driven CRM.
Qualifications
What we are looking for!
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst / BI / CRM.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with multiple areas.
- Experience in data-driven contexts, with decisions guided by metrics.
- Experience with customer bases, campaigns, journeys, or digital products.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or marketplaces is desirable (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of analytical data modeling (fact and dimension tables, CRM datasets).
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Familiarity with data environments (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, pipelines).
- Understanding of CRM, marketing, sales, and lifecycle metrics.
- Good ability to document and communicate analyses.
- Solid experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Affinity for using AI in daily tasks to gain productivity and analytical efficiency.
- Experience or interest in using generative AI tools to support exploratory analyses, insight generation, SQL query optimization, and documentation.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automating analytical routines and data processes.
- Interest in evolving descriptive analyses into more intelligent approaches, such as advanced segmentation, prioritization rules, and simple scoring logic.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and performance analyses related to CRM, customer lifecycle, engagement, churn, and retention.
- Develop and maintain consolidated analytical bases (profile, behavior, transactions, campaigns, interactions).
- Create and document reusable datasets for different areas (Marketing, Growth, Sales, Product).
- Support the definition and monitoring of CRM metrics (KPIs, OKRs, and operational indicators).
- Perform ad hoc studies to answer business questions and guide strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards and self-service analyses, ensuring clarity and reliability of information.
- Work collaboratively with business and technology teams, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and governance of CRM data.
- Support segmentation, personalization, and experimentation initiatives (e.g., A/B tests, cohorts).
