Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

The opportunity

The main objective for a Quality Assurance Senior Analyst is to ensure that KYC and AML processes within Risk Operations are performed in accordance with policies, procedures, and work instructions. The role involves managing the Quality Assurance process, performing quality checks, ensuring that quality, consistent and fair risk assessment standards apply for all customers throughout the Risk Operations processes. The role may also involve a level of training of the staff on the procedures and work instructions applied and adhered to in the Risk Operations processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and adequacy through the quality assurance framework
• Managing the Quality Assurance process, performing quality- and control checks, ensuring that quality and consistent standards apply throughout the risk processes
• Follow and report the development on key areas, report on findings and put forward suggestions on structural improvements to stakeholders
• Document implementation of controls and collection of data
• Ability to create professional documentation dedicated for internal processes
• Conducting actions related to improving quality in operational teams
• Close cooperation with multiple stakeholders such as GFCC, audit, and operational teams.

• Excellent understanding of the AML regulations and all aspects of the KYC process
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations relating to Financial Services
• Understanding of Worldline ecosystem is essential
• At least 4 years of experience of AML/KYC field
• Previous experience in a quality assurance or equivalent roles with focus on AML/KYC is preferred
• Fluent English and Polish language skills
