We're hiring Senior Quality Engineers to join Veeva, building mission-critical software for the global Life Sciences industry across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.
As part of our Quality Assurance and Release Engineering team, you will drive functional and automated quality across cutting-edge, complex systems—ensuring high reliability and customer success with every release.

- Create comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, automated scripts, risk assessments, and detailed bug reports for fast-paced release cycles
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to automate features and maximize regression coverage across modern web and mobile platforms
- Mentor junior Quality Engineers in QA methodologies, automation design patterns, and debugging strategies
- Develop deep technical and domain expertise across Veeva’s suite of industry-leading products
- Collaborate daily in a fast, agile team environment with software engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners

- Proven experience in mobile testing across iOS and Android platforms, including native app, hybrid, and mobile web test execution on real devices and simulators/emulators
- Experience with Windows application and cross-browser testing, including compatibility validation across OS versions, screen resolutions, and hardware configurations

- Strong technical background in Unix/Linux command-line environments for log analysis and backend debugging
- Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data validation
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
- AI-Native QA Mindset: Experience utilizing AI testing tools, prompt engineering for test-case generation, LLM output evaluation, or generative AI to optimize testing workflows

- Windows & desktop automation: Familiarity with WinAppDriver, Playwright for Windows, or similar tools for automating Windows application testing
- Proficiency with device management platforms such as BrowserStack App Automate, Sauce Labs, or Perfecto for scalable multi-device coverage
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, CI/CD pipelines, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Prior experience in the Health Sciences or Life Sciences domains
