About the Role
We're looking for a Senior R&D Engineer to join a small, experienced engineering team. You'll work on designing and building new backend and infrastructure solutions, taking ownership of technical challenges from concept to production in a highly autonomous environment.

What We're Looking For
- Strong professional experience with Python, Rust, Go, or a comparable systems programming language.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and server environments.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and routing.
- Experience working with VPN technologies or tunneling protocols such as WireGuard, OpenVPN, or IPsec.
- Hands-on experience building internal tools, backend services, or infrastructure automation.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proven experience delivering software used in production.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cryptography, PKI, or TLS internals.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Experience customizing Linux distributions or building server images.
- Contributions to open-source projects related to infrastructure, networking, or security.
