Senior React Engineer - DaaS Platform

Job Summary Lead the regional delivery of a large-scale micro-frontend platform using React and TypeScript. Set engineering standards across distributed teams and drive multi-channel, multi-region product development from a shared codebase. Responsibilities Lead delivery of a large-scale micro-frontend platform (React/TypeScript, Module Federation) serving multiple channels and regions from a shared codebase Define and enforce engineering standards adopted across multiple distributed teams to ensure code quality and consistency Design and implement type systems and optimize rendering/performance fundamentals in React and TypeScript applications Build shared SDKs, libraries, or platform contracts consumed by multiple downstream teams to promote reuse and scalability Manage multi-region and multi-channel product delivery by balancing shared core code with local configuration needs Utilize modern build tooling such as Webpack, Rspack, or Rsbuild to streamline build processes and improve developer efficiency Operate autonomously within a large enterprise environment while adhering to compliance and CI/CD constraints Author clear technical specifications and guidelines that influence senior engineering peers and cross-regional teams Collaborate effectively with regional teams to drive alignment and shared ownership of platform development Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with native or hybrid app development involving iOS/Android WebView and native bridge patterns Exposure to frontend observability and instrumentation tools for performance monitoring and error tracking Awareness of security practices relevant to enterprise or banking frontends, including Content Security Policy (CSP) and cross-origin script loading
