Senior React Engineer

Drive regional delivery of a large-scale micro-frontend platform (React/TypeScript, Module Federation) serving multiple channels and regions from a shared codebase. Act as a standards-setter across a large distributed engineering team, not just an individual contributor.

Core Requirements

. Expert-level React and TypeScript, with strong command of type-system design and rendering/performance fundamentals

. Proven experience with micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation or equivalent) at production scale

. Track record of defining and enforcing engineering standards adopted across multiple teams

. Experience building shared SDKs, libraries, or platform contracts consumed by many downstream consumers

. Familiarity with multi-region/multi-channel product delivery, balancing shared core code against local configuration

. Working knowledge of modern build tooling (Webpack/Rspack/Rsbuild or similar)

Preferred

. Native/hybrid app experience (iOS/Android WebView, native bridge patterns)

. Exposure to frontend observability/instrumentation (performance monitoring, error tracking)

. Security awareness relevant to enterprise/banking frontends (CSP, cross-origin script loading)

Working Style

. Comfortable operating with autonomy in a large enterprise environment with existing compliance and CI/CD constraints

. Able to author technical specs/guidelines that senior peers will adopt

. Collaborative across regional teams, not purely solo-execution focused
