Senior React Engineer
- 8+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Strong experience designing scalable frontend architectures and optimizing application performance
- Hands-on experience with micro-frontends (Module Federation or similar) in production
- Proven track record of defining engineering standards and building shared SDKs/libraries used across multiple teams
- Experience developing multi-region and multi-channel applications
- Strong knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Rspack, and Rsbuild
Preferred
- Native/hybrid app experience (iOS/Android WebView, native bridge patterns)
- Exposure to frontend observability/instrumentation (performance monitoring, error tracking)
- Security awareness relevant to enterprise/banking frontends (CSP, cross-origin script loading)
