Senior Recruitment Manager

You will lead a team of Recruiters, create and drive the LATAM Talent Acquisition Strategy, and contribute to global strategy. You will develop team capability, partner with technology and commercial leaders, lead recruiting and process-improvement projects, use people data to identify trends, and champion inclusive hiring.
