Senior Relationship Manager - Life Insurance (Banca Channel)

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for our Life Insurance division, specifically within the Banca Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients generated through assigned partner bank branches, as well as developing new leads independently. This role requires a deep understanding of life insurance products and the ability to assess customers' financial needs effectively. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings with leads, exploring customer needs in life-related investments and insurance, and selecting appropriate products from our offerings to meet those needs. The incumbent will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust while managing field investigations and scrutinizing legal dimensions of proposals. Additionally, the role involves identifying and developing channel partners to achieve consistent and profitable business volumes. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of working capital products.
