Senior Representative, Customer Service and Support

and timely delivery worldwide.

Coordinate with international customers, manufacturers and service
partners to ensure smooth cargo flow from origin to destination.
Plan shipments effectively to optimize container and equipment
utilization.
Meet operational KPIs aligned with global performance standards.

Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.

Minimum 5 years + experience.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
