Senior/Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time/Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in footwear or fashion retail preferred.
• For part-time, to commit minimum 3 months and work 3-4 days a week.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about fashion, retail, and customer service.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physically comfortable with daily retail operations, including stock movement and carrying merchandise of up to 10kg when necessary.
