Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), specializing in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable automation solutions, along with hands-on experience in the logistics and manufacturing domains.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities across logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, and related operational functions.
• Lead automation initiatives from requirement gathering and solution design through development, deployment, and production support.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, libraries, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
• Integrate automation workflows with enterprise applications, ERP systems, databases, APIs, web applications, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, credential management, and appropriate security controls.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior RPA developers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, process definition documents, test cases, and deployment guides.
• Monitor automation performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging RPA, workflow automation, and document processing capabilities.

Required Technical Skills

• UiPath: Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, queues, triggers, assets, REFramework, exception handling, and automation best practices.
• Microsoft Power Automate: Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows, connectors, approvals, expressions, triggers, and workflow automation.
• Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in VB.NET and/or C#, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python for automation-related requirements.
• Application Integration: Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, SQL databases, and web services.
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience integrating with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Enterprise Applications: Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar business applications.
• Document Processing: Experience with OCR, document understanding, invoice processing, and structured/semi-structured data extraction is an advantage.
• Development Lifecycle: Experience with version control, testing, deployment management, production monitoring, and automation governance.
