Senior RPA Developer at BairesDev

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated robotic process automation solutions. You will act as a technical authority, transforming complex manual workflows into efficient, scalable, and autonomous digital operations that drive organizational productivity.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and build end-to-end automation workflows utilizing enterprise-grade RPA platforms and the REFramework.
- Evaluate and prioritize business processes to determine automation feasibility and potential strategic impact.
- Configure and manage bot environments via Orchestrator to ensure reliable scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Implement robust error-handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms to maintain high availability for production bots.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications and solution design documentation to support audit readiness and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions seamlessly into existing IT infrastructure and databases.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in RPA development or software engineering.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Proficiency in implementing the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) for dispatcher and performer models.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and ODBC integration for database connectivity.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
