Senior RTR Accountant (Journals)

What We Ask:

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics/accounting - master’s degree in finance and accounting is an advantage
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational company, SSC or accounting firm
• IFRS and/or other EU GAAP experience is an advantage
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Solid SAP knowledge
• Excellent proficiency in English (Dutch or any additional European language skill is an advantage)
• Proactive and critical mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Ability to make decisions on own level

Vacancy Description:

• Handle the financial accounting (accrual calculation, invoice allocation, reclassifications, FX revaluation, ad-hoc and recurring accounting requests)
• Manage the manual Journal Entry requests
• Perform the Balance Sheet reconciliations and review
• Manage the month end closing tasks
• Run regular and ad-hoc reporting activities
• Perform activities in line with internal (Internal Control Compliance, ICF) and external controls, regulations
• Handling audit queries
• Contribute to daily improvements - participate in assigned projects and promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation
